This portal allows our patients to:
- Access their child's growth chart, immunization history and forecasting, prescription and more
- Update demographic and contact information, such as home address, email and phone number
- Send and receive messages to the staff and physicians that are HIPAA compliant
- Complete survey's before well visits
- Pay a bill
In order to improve communication between our practice and the families we care for, we would encourage all parents to update their contact info and communication preferences in the portal. To do this, just click
here, then click on the My Account tab and then enter the Contact And Personal Info section.
