We Accept most Insurance Carriers

Please have your card with you at the time of your visit. If we file your claim, you are responsible for only the co-pay at the time of visit. If we are not a provider for your insurance, if you are not insured or we do not file with your insurance company, you may be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service.

We participate in most PPO health care plans offered in the area. This includes the following:

  • Blue Shield of Ca (HMO and PPO)
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • CCN
  • Cigna PPO
  • Cigna POS
  • First Health Network
  • Healthnet PPO
  • PacifiCare PPO
  • PHCS network
  • Tricare
  • United HealthCare PPO

We participate in the following HMO:

  • Mission Hospital Affiliated Physicians (MHAP)


We are not contracted with Covered California or Monarch HMO.


It is advisable to notify your insurance carrier of your baby's arrival and that you have selected one of our pediatricians as your child's PCP (primary care physician) to ensure maximum coverage for health care costs. Most insurance policies will not cover the expenses for your baby unless notified within 30 days of birth.


We also require that you notify us (by copy of front and back of insurance card) any time a change is made to your insurance plan or carrier. We ask that you familiarize yourself with the coverage of your plan and it's restrictions. You are ultimately responsible for services that are not a covered benefit. Please be sure to bring your insurance identification card with you to each visit.
